Merry Christmas

I would like to wish all my followers a very Merry Christmas and all the best in the New Year.  I am so blessed to have so many who like my images and wait for me to post them ... I promise in the New Year I will try and be on time ...  I have posted freebies for you as my Christmas gift ... the book and glasses were drawn from my Grandfathers old poetry books and his glasses, the other two are \my Suzy images .. Making Cards using Coffee Filters

Hi everyone, here is a simple way to make a beautiful card using "Coffee Filters"  ... it is really easy ....

You will need, two sizes of coffee filters, scissors, pencil, double sided tape or glue, and cardstock of your choice. Plus your colored image and embellisments.

Trace around your filers, making sure you have traced the correct side .......

Glue cardstock on to the filters ... leaving the open side unglued ......

This is what your insert should look like .. make sure you add a tab  ....

Now decorate the large filer, this is the outside of your card .... you can add another tab if you wish ..

Insert the small filter inside the large one and your card is finished .......

This is a great idea for a gift card, it can be put inside the small filter with a note ....
Here is another one I made ... I hope you have fun trying this card, the possibilities are endless!!!!

Hi everyone,     I have been having trouble with my "shaw" e-mail, for some reason it would not let me open my emails ... if anyone tried to contact me about links to their cards or where to send photos of their cards please send me another note and mark it " Card with your image"   .... Yikes ... I know it is about time!!!!  I have had a busy Summer, my Grandson was here for the summer, I had a visit from my Granddaughter, Patricia and my GG, Natasha and my GD Devan .... it is called a full house. 
Summer is such a busy time for everyone.  I hope you have all had a great summer, Fall is not to far away.... my favorite time of year ... so I am sure you are going to have some Fall images coming up soon.

TTCRD Challenge

You know what they say .... "Better late than Never""  .  Just got a bit behind this week, so I am just now getting my card posted for this weeks TTCRD challenge.  Here is my Design Team card, the image is by Jen Lee and the company is "Digis 4 Joy".  Hope you like it.  This was a fabulous image to color, thanks Jen for the great image.
