Creataive bloghop ... Monday September 22, 2014

Hi everyone, I have been nominated for the creative by Sandi Huggett.  I met Sandi on our travels to Welton, Arizona.  Sandi introduced me to the OUTLAWZ .. and until recently I have been on their DT for the Thursday Challenge "Twisted Thursday".  A few years ago she introduced me to Through The Craft Room Magazine and Challenge Blog, I became one of the DT there as well.  Sandi and I have remained friends and we Skype quite often discussing the challenge or just life in general.  Sandi has been one of my greatest inspirations.  Don't forget to visit her blog :

Now for the questions:

1. What am I working on?

At the moment I am working on Halloween, one of my favorite times of the year I have been making cards and mini albums.

2.How does my work differ from others of my genre?
I love working with the vintage colors that as soft and muted.  I love making mini albums, using digital images and lots of vinyl embellishments.

3. Why do I write/create what I do?
I have always loved drawing, I work in pastels, oils, watercolors, pencil, and lately my copics.  I have been sewing since I was a teenager.  My latest endeavor is mixed media, it is indeed a challenge for me.

4. How does my creative process work?
I guess like most I see something, an image or advertizement or hear someone talking about something in particular and I kind of let my imagination run with the idea.  My inspirations come from life in general.

Now it is time to nominate 3 people for the Blog Hope.

I would like to nominate:

Patricia St Martin

I meet Patricia when she joined the Outlawz Challenge, I have gotten to know her very well over the years and Patricia is also one of my great inspirations.  Here work is amazing and she is fantastic to work with,

Nana Connie

I also me Nana Connie through the Outlawz challenges, she was a faithful member of out Freebie Digital Challenge.  Her work is beautiful, very much like her.  Sher was always so encouraging in the challenge and always gave Sandi and I great praises for our work.

Melaine Smith

I meet Melanie at TTCRD challenges and Magazine.  I love her work.   She is always so friendly and very charming.
